energy, working out in the morning actually have greater effects. On the contrary to
many beliefs that exercising in the morning will deplete our energy for the rest of
the day, exercise circulates blood, which will actually give you more energy you
need for the day ahead. Also working in the morning means we won't be disturbed by
any other activities since it's the first thing you've done. Chances of making this
a routine are higher.
So if you want to really sincerely quit smoking, change your routine and start
exercising. I promise that it is almost guarantee that you'll quit and you'll be in
your way to a whole new energetic and fulfilling life.
